Editing the sound levels

Whilst editing our video, we also had to edit our theme tune soundtrack into the video, and make sure the right sounds were at the right points. We also had to change the sound levels in certain parts of the video so speech could be heard. 


It is done by clicking this button on the timeline... 

Then using the red lines to adjust the volume up and down. Here is a screengrab of this in action...

To make sound transitions smooth, for example between two different sound clips and the sound at the end of the video, we made them fade together or fade out. This created a smooth, continuous effect.
